It doesn't fix the main issue concerning most of us, which is a dedicated LMS/TDM mode, but it's a patch nonetheless. Here's what it does do:

• A serious timing issue that could cause servers to crash or
  lock up on map rotation after a 7-10 hour idle period has been fixed.


• Increased the grace period for anticheat to receive a reply from the client.


• Fixed crash where AI snipers would crash the game when noticing vehicles.

As The Final Option moves into it's sixth year, we once again celebrate another 4th of July. Most of you know that it is at this time, that I scour the Internet for inspirational quotes that I feel are important to remember. This year is no different.

I am very pleased to announce that a new MP patch for Ghost Recon: Avanced Warfighter has been realeased, and is available from the links mentioned below.

Some of the goodies this patch brings, are:

• Multiplayer gets down and dirty as the Deathmatch (DM) game type has been added to the game, along with 3 brand new DM maps! Industrial, Suburbs and Hollow


• Additional co-op levels


• Multiplayer map Editor has been added


• Fully dedicated servers now available for GRAW PC


• Multiple upgrades and optimizations

A rumor has recently begun circulating that the developers may have included the names or tags of as many as 18 GR teams in the game. The names apparently will appear scattered throughout the maps included in the full release. This coupled with the imminent release of GR:AW is sure to be the cause of great anticipation, as many teams will be anxious to learn if they are among the lucky few...

Sources pointed me towards a new 'breaking' article about Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter. It includes new screen shots and new video footage. I have to think we're getting closer "boys"...

A friend has been filling my head with jealousy over the 360 version... but this looks pretty convincing...
